I'll find some other use for this ol' buddy. *pats*

I'm finally back from Congress. AND I GOT THIRD PLACE!!! =D XD =D And GODDAMIT too! I could have gotten second place in my house if I only voted for myself! I'm so stupid! God, I am not satisfied with this third place at all. And that means I have to go to the Senate next time. =P Senate will be a lot harder, and I doubt I'll ever get a chance to get another award. XP That totally sucks. I want a pretty gold or silver gavel.

I'm so tired. I'm going home to change from my suit to normal clothes. Heels kill. =_=

Was it just me, or was everybody just a little tired and cranky today? I was, certainly, and I know a few people did too.

I think I have the shift for the second half of lunch for Club Day. I'm in charge of the French booth, oui oui. I thought it would be fun to dress up, so I told Kimmy to dress in all black. Then we could look sexy and sophisticated. Haha. =P Well, I'm abandoning the sexy part, but going for the casual and sophisticated look. That means black shirt, skirt, stocking, heels, and a white blouse. Woo, if Kimmy doesn't show up wearing something like that, I'm going to KILL HER. Well, I wouldn't mind if she wore pink or something like that. Just a sleek look is quite fine. I don't want to look like a dork by myself. I'm going to join a billion clubs, and commit myself to as many as I can.

I don't know if I did that well on the French test. I missed like two blanks. And on Ms. Manning's group quiz, I should have studied. Stupid me. I hopeit didn't bring down my grade that much. I did badly on my Colombus Day Speech. Honestly, it's like one of the issues I feel most strongly in. Colombus was the Spawn of Satan. I hope he's burning in Hell.

I should get off. I want to go take a nap. Crap, I have AcaDeca tomorrow. I'm going to need A LOT of sleep. XP

Which feeling are you?

"You're so dreamily" Is that even gramatically correct?!

Peter Piper pecked a peck of pickled peppers/ a peck of pickled peppers peter piper picked/if peter piper picked a peck of pickled peppers/ how many pecks of pickled peppers did peter piper pick?

That just came up into my mind a few minutes ago.

Anyways, the wedding yesterday was really fun! I woke up at 9:30AM, took a shower, and then my mom and I went out to the mall to get my shoes. We stopped by Macy's on the way and got my face done at the Clinique station. Honestly, the way to get your face done by them is to look interested in an item, and then they ask you if you want to try it on, and then they put on all the eye shadow, lip gloss, and mascara and whatnot. Of course, I bought two of their 3-step face thing where it clears your pores and stuff. I want to use it. It's so eff-ing cool how blush then blends into your skin instead of staying ontop of it and getting that old-lady-caked-on-makeup look.

Then we headed down to Payless Shoestores to find me some shoes. I wanted white, closed toes sandles shoes, but they fucking don't carry them anymore. What in the world is wrong with people today?! All they had were 2-3 inch heeled shoes in every color but white, open toed, and thin strapped! Bejeezes, I setted for some black closed toe one inched heels that I like a lot. Too bad it wasn't in white. Now I have to go look for some white shoes for my Rainbow meetings. At least I have some for outings.

We got home around noon thinking my dad was going to chew us out for being so late only to find he was STILL in the shower! I put on my dress, nice gold, and pumps, and headed out to the car. My parents were still in the house half an hour later. I was so mad, because on the invitation it said the wedding ceremony started at 2PM and it takes about and an hour to get to the cathedral in San Jose. We finally got out around one o'clock and I slept in the car. I woke up to find that we had passed the exit for 1st street, and as we turned around I started yelling at my parents (mainly dad and bren) for not getting ready while my mom and I were away. Yes, yes, I can yell at my parents. Afterall, don't they yell at me?

We finally got there at the church around 2:15, just in time for the wedding to start. It was really pretty, and a little boring. ^^; I loved the bridesmaids baby blue dresses and all the Vietnamese guest ladies' Vietnamese tunics over their billowy pants. They were really bright and colorful. I want one! Lan was really pretty too. She came in with a Vietnamese wedding dress. It was white with silver designs on it, and over the dress was this long sparkling veil that covered about 6 feet of the gown. She also had this white wedding band band on her head. It was really pretty. So the ceremony took about 45 minutes, and then there was a long photoshoot, and then we went to my aunt's hotel room at the Mariott to pass the time until the reception later at 6.

GOD, we were STARVING. I realized we hadn't eaten for a long time; me, I ate three potstickers in the morning. So my cousins went out and bought some McDonald's, and that tided us over till the wedding reception.

The wedding reception was SO MUCH GRANDER than the cathedral! All the tables were covered with white linen, and the chairs were covered also, but with a lavender sash around it. It was kind of breath taking when you went in there. They gave us an empty photo album with their picture on the cover for the ladies, and a CD of their songs for the men. They were party favors, and so cool! And there was a photo shoot with the bride and groom for each family when they came in! I look so screwed up in that picture. XP

All the kids were put at one table, even though most of us were not really kids anymore. A majority of us were over 15. The tables were really pretty. In the center was this crystal vase with lavendar and green flowers and fish inside. Haha, when I first saw them, I was like "WTF!" But then my mom told me they were for good luck. Around the center piece was 5 or 6 candles. Ngaah, they shouldn't have done that. Me and some of the kids played with fire. ^^;; Haha, I'm still a pyro at heart.

While we were waiting for our food (over an hour and a half) we saw slideshows of them together, video clip, heard speeches, recognition of guests, and a lion dance from Sonny and his troop. When they almost skipped my parents name, I got embarrassed and mad. Man, you don't do that to family members.

We finally got our food during the lion dance. It started off with the traditional cold-cuts of tongue, jelly fish, pork, and octopus. It was pretty good. After that they served prawns and walnuts, shark fin soup, vegetable dish, gai lan and sea sponge, and fried rice. Between the fried rice and sea sponge, I saw all the waiters giving out crab and sweet and sour fish. I was confused as to why they weren't giving us any of that, and when I saw them giving out fried rice, I was really pissed. I called over a waiter and asked why we weren't getting any of the crab or fish, and then he explained to me we weren't getting any because we were at a kids table. I was still annoyed, but I had to look pacified with that answer. Then Vincent went around the tables and stole some crab and fish for us. We found out in the end that there was a giant mound of crab that was still available, but wasn't served, and I was annoyed again. Just because we're kids doesn't mean that we can't eat as much as the adults.

There was dance afterwards, but I didn't go obviously. Then they asked for all the single ladies, and we went up (after much reluctance) and the bride threw her bouquet. It broke into three pieces and cary dove for one of them. Haha. She looked so silly that we almost fell down laughing. Kari's such a boy sometimes. She went up to take a picture in her dress and Jordans. Haha. XD;; She changed into her Jordans at the hotel and went in the reception with them.

They had one for the guys and then we resumed eating. Finally the dinner ended and they thanked us ann everything. We took home two centerpieces, four fishies, and a billion candle holders. Haha. We're just too asian. XD;;

We got home around midnight, and went to bed around 1:30AM. It was a good wedding, a good day. Yes it was.

That was one of the most modern weddings I've ever been too. It was Chinese-Vietnamese, but all the decorations were so beautiful and American. I loved it. They must have spent a TON on it. Ahhh....

You know, the weather is just so beautiful this morning that I'm going to go do my French and Chem homework. haha. =P

Hi Everybody! I have died and risen again! Sorry I took so long to blog. It's just I was so busy this past couple of weeks, BUT, I am here to right what has been wronged.

1st period French. PIMP class, man! Not exactly the people, but it's just how I'm doing in it. I've been doing really well on the tests. I'm so glad. But WHY the heck am I getting close to a 100% on my tests, but only away by .5%!!! It's crazy!

2nd period Chem. I have raised my grade, thank God. I went from a bad grade, to a low B. So you can guess what I had before. I practically bombed the first test, and then I forgot some homework assignments, but that's what brought me down really low. Now I am doing all of my homework assignments and got a 90% (wish it was 100%) on my last test and it will go home as a total grade of B on my progress report! *dances*

3rd period Art. Ms. J has been pissy for the last few weeks and I'm getting really annoyed. I just finished our last assignment, an ink drawing to make into a card. I drew a picture of a girl in in a sundress and hat standing there without a face. Yes, without a face. Oh, and there's a shadow behind her. Amazingly simple, but I love it to death. I love my angel/faerie one too, but I didn't have enough time to ink it. Now we're doing gestures. I have to do 100 of them by some time. I have three so far.

4th Period Public Speaking. I LOVE that class! Today we had Buddy Day where our older buddies give us stuff. The funny thing is, usually us newbies have to share older buddies, but in our class, our older buddies have to share US, because the veterans outnumber the newbies by half. Haha, so I got two presents. One bad full of candy from Elaina, and everything else from Ryan! he gave me highlighters, a legal pad, bouncy balls, some toy, and Pepperidge Farm cookies! =D LUFF! =3 I have to do something outstanding for my older buddies when it comes to Reverse Buddy Day.

5th Period Alg 2/Trig. Although Ms. Manning is odd, she's so nice that she grows on you, considerably. I like her. I now have a low A in that class because I got a 99.5% on the last test. just .5% away!!! Like in chem, I totally bombed the first test, but came back really strong on the second. haha! =D

6th Period PE. It's PE. I run, play, and frolick. End of discussion.

7th Period Lamberti. I like her, she's nice. But sometimes she's just weird. We barely have any homework. That's good. And she gives tons of little quizzes. She has a lot of discussions also. I speak up a lot.

I like school. I like everything except for the 30lb. bag I have to carry everywhere. Other than, everything fluxuates in and out of good times.

Tomorrow I'm going to a wedding. My cousin's who I never knew even existed. He's marrying this Vietnamese girl named Lan. I have a dress. I don't have shoes. I don't have fucking white, close-toed shoes! When am I going to get them! Tomorrow my mom and I are going to Macy's to get our faces done, hopefully get some shoes for me, and but me some pantyhose. I got poison ivy earlier, and it hasn't gone away yet. It looks like it's going to become a part of me. XP

I have to miss intitiation for Rainbow Girls because of the wedding. Instead, I'll have to say my Immortality it on Oct. 7th. I feel kind of bad missing Treco's installation. I didn't memorize my speech yet though. ^^; So it's a good thing I'm missing it.
